you should get a confirmation of your order plus an email. You don't call...that was if you actually ordered something you owed on and wanted to pay by phone. This was the confirmation email I received.

Just an update....I got these samples yesterday, they included a slip of paper that clearly said they were not happy that their samples showed up on freebie sites and that is amounted to fraud because no one had the right and authority to tell people that they will send a free candle.

I say this to them....state what you will and will not do on your web site! NOT in a nasty note your sent with your samples.
