OMG! This stuff is WONDERFUL!!!!!!! Seriously, my Mom worked for a Chiropractor and they used to sell this stuff, the professional formula that has MSM in it. I have NEVER found anything better.

I got mine a couple days ago also. I really like the small spray size. I haven't had to use it either. My "real pain" is in Japan right now anyway. LOL

I emailed this company when I got this sample to thank them and have started doing that for each sample I receive. It might not help-but I'm hoping to provide some positive input to counteract how some of these companies might feel when they get bombarded all at once with our requests.:)
