For some reason I can't find the thread for Brent that I started, so I will start this one.
About a week ago we found out that they are siding with the truck driver that it was Brent's fault he ran into the front of the semi because he ran the red light. This is of course not true since they have about 5 people telling them differently and the truck driver is the only one with this story. But anyways, since it was a US mail truck the government is backing the truck driver. They refuse to give us Brent's bike, pay it off, or fix it, so it is sitting in the impound still. His grandmother has hired Bart Durrem (spelled wrong) to handle the case. They have interviewed my friend that was with him when he got killed but said it will take quite awhile to settle.
Please pray for his family and that they get justice. As if that truck driver should not feel guilty enough, now he is lying to make himself look good. :mad: :mad: :mad: It sounds mean, but he deserves every bit of guilt he has now. Please pray for them, they are taking this quite hard, and all of us are quite ticked about it. I know ya'lls prayers will work!
