Thanks a list like this is really nice. I think they just like to get your information so they can swamp you with spam from sites they sell your info to. That is why, with anything I sign up for, I have a seperate Yahoo account that I use just for registering for anything. Took me a few years of bad email in my good account to figure that one out. :( I highly recommend everyone, get a seperate e-mail account

I do the same as Brbie. I send my email that I hardly ever use only for samples. I used to use it for everything and started getting so much junk. I can get 1000 or more in my junk box per day.

The only one that should not be on the list is the Olay (must admit they are still sitting on my dresser that is how I know that they do arrive). Olay is probably one of the best companies for sending out freebies.

I looked up the posts regarding Bargain Candles and found a post where one of our fellow posters posted this, a response they'd received after e-mailing Bargain Candles:

"offer expired 5/30/07 if you would like to be removed from our mailing list please click on the unsubscribe tab on the newsletter."

I have a feeling we are out of luck!

I have a friend that has a computer buisness. He says these company's are selling your info. Even if a company gives you $5.00 or $10.00 they are selling all your info and making alot more. I have several I don't do any more.Bzzagent. Samples from my savings, or sample scoop. I have a long list of items I never got,:mad: Shame,Shame on them.

You'll have a list from here too, but probably not as long as you do from some of these other sites. The only way to ensure that this never happens is to never sign up for anything. Also, you don't have to worry about samplescoop anymore or warn anyone about them. That site no longer exists.:)
