We do mini vacations from spring until mid November...usually drive between 1 1/2-2 1/2 hours away from home...you'd be surprised sometimes on the places you typically would not go for a week but may stay for a few days...

I am sooooooooo excited...just me and the Mr. are going away this weekend to a casino/lodge...maybe a little fishing, maybe a little antiqueing...indoor/outdoor pool...music...is it tomorrow yet?

Dh and I are spending the weekend at Opryland Hotel to celebrate our anniversary. That is where he proposed to me. We have always wanted to stay there, and now we finally get to!

So far this place is great...I won $90 in the first 15 minutes...but by the end of the night...well, you know...LOL
Hub not so lucky...hee hee hee
Today we're going to Paradise...for real...it's a town, they have many antique stores there.
Oh and the pool, I have got to tell you about the pool...it's an indoor/outdoor, we took a look at it when we first arrived...it's a nice size, there is like this big garage door that opens and closes, so half of it is inside & half is outside...pretty cool.
