I recently got an email from Cellfire to register my Kroger Plus card. You register your cell phone number with them (presumably to get text messages no more than 4x/month) it's free for me because of my existing cell phone service, but read below to see whether or not you may be subject to $1.99 a month charge.

from their website:
Cellfire is an exciting service that lets you access and use digital coupons from your mobile phone or PC. Get great deals and discounts for shopping, restaurants, groceries, and entertainment.
See how it works
Convenient and Simple to Use
Once you are a Cellfire user, you'll never forget your coupons again! With Cellfire's mobile technology, you always have awesome deals just a few key taps away. No need to clutter your text messages - with Cellfire on your phone, you'll always be ready to save.
Cellfire deals can also be accessed on the PC. Save deals from your PC to your phone or directly to your grocery savings card!
And no more clipping paper!
Cost of Cellfire
You don't need to pay us anything. We offer the service free of charge to all users.* Our retail partners sponsor the offers and discounts -- at no cost or obligation to you. If you choose to use Cellfire on your mobile phone, data fees may be charged by your carrier. Check with your carrier for more information. Using Cellfire with an unlimited data plan is recommended, but certainly not required.
Cellfire vs. Cellfire Express
Cellfire is an application that can be downloaded onto your phone. Cellfire Express is the mobile website version of our service. Depending on what phone you have, you may get either the application or the mobile website edition. Both have the same great deals for your area. Click here to use our phone selector and we'll tell you the version of Cellfire best suited for your phone.
Find Deals Everywhere!
With Cellfire, you can look for deals on the Internet or on your mobile phone. The Cellfire PC website provides a convenient way for you to save and manage offers for the phone. Anything you change here on the web is reflected on your phone the next time you open up Cellfire. Anywhere you see an ad online with the Cellfire logo, you can Click to Save. From TV, print, and radio ads, anywhere you hear or see Cellfire as a sponsored advertiser, you can Text to Save.
How It Works
* Alltel and Cellular South charge subscribers $1.99 per month to access Cellfire; does not apply to Windows Mobile or Blackberry users
end of their web info.......
Anyway, when I went in to finish the registration online, I was able to load the following to my Kroger card: some $1.50 coupons for Colgate, a 50cent coupon for Cottonelle (of course to be used with the $1 coupon I just got in the mail w a sample) and FOR A FREE box of Active Lifestyle Oatmeal. Looks like coupons are valid for about 3 weeks, or they may be good for whatever month you load them- the ones I loaded today expire 1 Dec.
