Hi guys!

I just wanted to pass along something that has helped in my house. I registered at collegeboard.com when my son statred taking his college tests. They send you a SAT question of the Day every day when you do this to your mailbox. These questions are great for drilling for the actual tests. It give them a sense of what they're headed for as well and helping them when they're actually taking the tests (they're approximately 6 hours long!) because they recognize the types of questions they've already seen.

Each daily question allows you to answer, and then pops up not only the correct answer, but and explaination as well. Also, it keeps track of the number correct for you so you can get an idea of percentages and what areas need to be worked on. Best of all, IT"S FREE!!!!

This helped my son a lot. I hope someone else can benefit from it too!!!!:D

Me too! SAT is not a big thing here unless you plan on going out of state, so they didn't make a big deal out of it. I didn't study for it at all. I took it once and the ACT once.

I didn't either. You just went in and took it. And I only did it once too. Now the guidance counselors urge you to take it a second time because a high percentage have their scores improve. My son's went up 190 points overall, so it worked out well for him! Now he'll be graduating from the same high school I did 23 years ago!
