Web TV anyone?

My mom is unable to access start sampling. She signed up for it but then can't get into things it doesn't work right. Has anyone else heard of this problem?

My friend has web tv and I told her about start sampling and told her to try it. She said that it wouldnt work she cant even check her email or chat on it. She can sign up for things but cannot access them. So your mom is not alone.

I have seen several post in here in the past from web tv users. Many seem to have trouble.

I've been a Web TV user & member of SS since 2000. I own the Sony "old classic". I don't have a problem getting to this site, but I did have a problem when SS first changed their home page. I couldn't get their featured samples. SS has since fixed the problem it seems. Where I DO have a problem, is in the Wal-Mart site. Even when given the direct addy to the product it will rarely let me order. I have missed out on other freebies as well. If friends are having problems with their Web TV have them call: 1-800-GO WEB TV. They will help! Web TV may not be as strong as a computer but I wouldn't trade it for one. I don't have to worry about a virus that will wipe me out.
