We have a family of 7 (5 kids, one vegan). I need some good, fast, simple recipes to make....I own a crockpot which I love to use when I work....or on days I just know I'll be busy...You can post here. thanks a bunch!!

I don't really have a recipe to post, but I do have a crockpot cookbook put out by Rival the crockpot people, it has alot of good recipes in it and the book is cheap usually around $4.00 or you probably can pick it up on Ebay cheap. I make all sorts of roasts in mine, they always come out good and tender.
