you need to fill out everything but the shipping section you dont need to fill in unless its different then billing. if you dont fill it out when you send it automatically fills it out for you.

Once you hit submit, scroll to the top of the page and in blue it will say "Information:Profile has been successfully created." Then log out.

Probably nothing. But if you go back to it, your info will still be there. At least mine was, and depending on who is using the computer next you might not want that info still up there.:o
