Winner Selection: Entrants for daily sweepstakes prizes will be notified instantly on-screen if they are a potential winner. Potential winners will be selected at random. If you receive a potential winning message, your confirmation as a winner is subject to verification and meeting eligibility requirements. Drawing will be conducted by Quick & Simple, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. If for any reason Quick & Simple deems an instant winner of a prize ineligible, or if for any reason at the end of a 24-hour entry period one or more of that day’s prizes have not been awarded instantly, Quick & Simple will award the prize to a winner whom it randomly selects from among all of that day’s eligible entrants. No more than one instant-win prize can be awarded per household per week (12:00 am Sunday – 11:59 pm Saturday ET). If a member of a household is named an on-screen instant winner more than once in a week, only the first prize will be awarded. Any subsequent prizes that week will be awarded instead to a winner selected randomly from among that week’s non-instant-winning entrants. Canadian winners will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question as a condition of receiving the prize.

I hope this is not a repost, I couldn't find it in my search. Magazine is no longer in print, however Q&S remains an "online" magazine and will continue to offer contests without codes!

Look on the green tabs. Click on the green heading that says "Talk with Q&S"
that will take you to the forums. The whole site is pretty much self explainatory. Just have fun with it, and look around. The only things that have changed really, are #1, they no longer produce the print magazine, and #2, you do not need code words to enter or win the contests!

ok here we go I checked the rules each of there sweeps and a seperate set of rules. Its on time entry for the week.
