NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
The 2008 Henkel Helps Schools Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered in and open to all legal residents in the 48 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years of age (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii) and will be construed according to U.S. law.
SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on August 11, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on October 3, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
SPONSOR: Contest and Sweepstakes are sponsored by The Dial Corporation, A Henkel Company, 15501 North Dial Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. (“Sponsor”).
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There are two ways to enter: 1) Log on to www.henkelhelps.com during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, select the Sweepstakes tab and follow on-screen instructions. In case of dispute of winner identity, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the e-mail account, and prize will be awarded to the registered user. 2) Print your name, complete address, phone number and birth date on a 3” x 5” card and mail in a #10 envelope to: Henkel Helps Schools Sweepstakes, c/o Liggett Stashower, 1228 Euclid Ave., Fl 2, Cleveland, OH 44115. Entries must be received by and Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on October 3, 2008. Limit one entry per person (including mail-in and on-line entries), per day. Not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, postage due, misdirected or late mail entries. All entries become the property of The Dial Corporation, A Henkel Company.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One winner will be selected every week for eight (8) weeks beginning Monday, August 11, 2008, and ending Friday, October 3, 2008. Winners will be selected in a random drawing by The Dial Corporation, A Henkel Company, from among all eligible entries received. Each week’s winner will receive a prize pack of product valued at $200 from The Dial Corporation, A Henkel Company.
