Three Ways To Enter: The C&H® Sugar “Napa Valley Getaway” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on August 17, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2008 (“Promotion Period”). {1} On-line: During the Promotion Period go to www.chnapasweepstakes.com or www.chsugar.com and complete the official online registration form. Entrants must fill out all required fields in order to be eligible. Click “submit” and you will be entered. {2} Automatic Entry with Store Coupon: You will be entered automatically when you complete and redeem the C&H® Sugar coupon featured in the coupon section of your August 17, 2008, Sunday newspaper. Coupon must be redeemed at your participating retailer no later than October 31, 2008 to be entered. {3} C&H Mail-in Official Entry Form: complete an official entry form found on the back side of specially marked 4 and/or 5 pound C&H® Granulated Sugar bags at participating retailers while supplies last or, hand print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes please), city, state, zip code, day and evening phone numbers, your age and the words “C&H Sugar” Sweepstakes on a 3” x 5” card. Mail your completed official entry form or your completed hand-printed 3” x 5” entry in a #10 business size envelope to: C&H® Sugar Sweepstakes, PO Box, 4121 Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4121.
There is a limit of one entry per person, per day regardless of method of entry. No mechanical reproductions or photocopies of entries accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical errors or any other errors in entry submitted by entrants. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2008, and received no later than November 7, 2008. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes related materials; or for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, and/or postage-due mail or entries, or for delays in mail service. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prize can only be awarded to the person whose name appears on the entry. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the U.S., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees of Domino Foods, Inc., Black Twig Communications, Marden-Kane, Inc., their respective affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, distributors, parents, sales representatives, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesalers and retailers and their immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings and children and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Sweepstakes and Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of New York. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. U.S. Law governs this Sweepstakes. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited/restricted by law.
3. Drawing: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 11, 2009 from all eligible entries received by the deadline date. Drawing to be held under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by FedEx overnight delivery on or about February 18, 2009 or a reasonable time thereafter and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and unless prohibited by law, a publicity release all of which must be completed, signed and returned within seven (7) days from the date which documents are sent to the potential winner.
4. Prizes: (5) Grand Prizes: A trip for 2 to Napa, California for 5 days/4 nights (Wednesday, May 13, 2009 – Sunday, May 17, 2009). Trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for 2 from a major gateway airport nearest the winner’s residence to Napa, California, 4 nights at the Villagio Inn & Spa (double occupancy accommodations), ground transportation, wine tours, cooking class with Nick Stellino plus $400 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $6,000 each. Total retail value of all prizes offered: $30,000.
5. Prize Restrictions: Trip must originate and conclude at major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence and must be taken on the dates specified. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the dates specified above and on the same itinerary, or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner.
