(central time) on Monday, August 4, 2008 and ends at 11:59 P.M. Monday, September 1, 2008. Sweepstakes entry limited to one entry per person per e-mail address per day. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification. Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sweepstakes entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes ends on September 1, 2008.

Eligibility: Only open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older who are registered on the Box Tops for Education website and have designated a school to support during the sweepstakes period. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, its judging organization, and their immediate families in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the sweepstakes if you are not located within and a legal resident of the United States.
3. Prizes: Twenty-nine (29) prizes. Each prize is one thousand (1,000) Bonus Box Tops, which will be awarded to each of the 29 Box Tops for Education participating schools designated by each of the twenty-nine (29) winning sweepstakes entrants. Retail value of each prize is $100. Individuals cannot redeem Bonus Box Tops certificate for cash.
Odds of winning prize depend on number of eligible entries received. Total value of all prizes is $2,900 to designated winning schools. Limit one prize per school. There is no cash value to individuals. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash by any individual.
4. Drawing and Awarding of Prize: A random drawing will be held on or about September 15, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Designated winning schools will be credited with 1,000 Bonus Box Tops.
