1. Eligibility: Box Tops for Education Win 250,000 Bonus Box Tops! (this “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of General Mills Sales, Inc. (“GMSI”), Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC (“Kimberly-Clark”), Leader Enterprises, Inc. (“Leader”), Rite Aid Corporation (“Rite Aid”), ePrize, LLC (the “Administrator”), and their respective parents, affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s, and prize-winning school, full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsors’ and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 3. Timing: This Sweepstakes begins on July 27, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, enter by visiting www.boxtops4education.com/riteaid (the “Website”), and follow the links and instructions, to register. Registration must include a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: Each participant may enter not more than one (1) time per 24-hour period / day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
5. Grand Prize Drawing: Leader Enterprises Inc. are independent judging organizations whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Leader Enterprises Inc. will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around September 8, 2008 at 1775 Woodstock Rd., Suite 200, Roswell, GA. The potential winner will be notified by mail, email or phone. By entering, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsors or Administrator by email. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.
6. Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Sony VAIO Laptop for winner and 250,000 Bonus Box Tops that Sponsors will award to the Box Tops for Education-eligible school of winner's choice, as long as the designated school complies with the requirements set forth in these Official Rules. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Box Tops: $25,000. ARV of laptop: $2,000.) To be “Box-Tops for Education-eligible,” the school must be registered with the General Mills Box Tops for Education Program (the “BTFE Program”). See www.boxtops4education.com for details about the BTFE Program. Limit is $60,000 per school, per calendar / academic year. Total ARV: $27,000. Specific details of laptop will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and the ARV is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Prize is non-transferable (except from winner to a Box-Tops for Education-eligible school) and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsors' sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use, if applicable. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
