The AERIE "YEAR OF THE BRAS" SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes") starts at 12:00:01 am Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on 8/6/08 and ends at 11:59:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") on 8/26/08 ("Entry Period"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. ("American Eagle Outfitters"), 77 Hot Metal Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

WINNER SELECTION: Prospective winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on/about 9/8/08 by West Coast Marketing, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Prizes will be awarded. Prospective winners will be notified by mail, telephone and/or e-mail, within fourteen (14) days of drawing date
PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (One [1] Grand Prize will be awarded): The Grand Prize consists of a selection of twenty-four (24) aerie bras as selected by Sponsor from available styles and sizes. The approximate retail value of the prize is US $750 (approximately $757.00 CAD).
FIRST PRIZE (Two [2] First Prizes will be awarded): Each First Prize consists of a US $250 aerie Gift Card* (approximately $252.31 CAD).
The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is US $1,250 (approximately $1,251.03 CAD).
