More smilies?

As most of you probably have found, there is a limit of using 5 smilies. I use them a lot when posting. I think it really helps when your only communication form is with the written word. We all know how easily it can be misinterpreted, and I think many of us use these to help get our message across in the way it is intended.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I constantly have to go back and delete some of them when posting, especially in replies, when the other person has already used them.
This is so NOT a big deal, but is probably something that could be easily adjusted by asking for it.
So...I just wondered if anyone else finds themselves smilie limited?
If it's more than me, I'll ask if we can have the limit raised to 8 or 10--something like that....

I feel the same way! Without the emoticons, it's nearly impossible to get some posts to have the right feeling behind them. I would think this should be something really simple for admin to change too.

I still really wish we had the smilies that some other forums have. There are hundreds of them and most are animated. They are so cute. We are very limited with the use of only 11.

Yes, Dawn I have had that problem. I was replying to one of YOUR posts ;) and it said I was limited, so I had to remove one of mine :eek: . That was when I realized we were limited on how many we could use :( . I have seen neat smileys in other forums also and think it would be really cool if we could have them too :cool: . Maybe at least they could lift the limit like you suggested- Good idea (insert smiley here since they wouldn't let me-LOL)
