After I filled in the information and clicked on submit, I didn't get a message that stated my information had been received or that I'd receive the sample.
Instead I kept getting ads to sign up for this or that....about a dozen of them, then was taken to a coupon add where I was supposed to select coupons of my choice. I just closed out of that web site, so I doubt if I'll get my sample. Anyone else have this problem?
