I am a neat freak and can't stand for things to not be organized or picked up and all that. My samples are about to drive me crazy!! They are just piled up in bags and little boxes. I need help organizing them!
How do you all keep your samples organized, put away, or however you do it so you know where certain samples are at when you need them?
I need ideas!!! :D Thanks!

I try to use my samples as soon as I get them. I put them in plain view so as not to forget otherwise I store like items in containers, such as shampoos, vitamins, deoderants etc. If I put the samples away I'll forget about them and that defeats the purpose of having samples!

:) I open all samples as they arrive. I put the toilet articles in a small basket or a drawer in the bathroom. I place the items to be used in the kitchen under the sink in the kitchen in a small basket. I place cleaning items, detergent, etc, in a basket in the laundry room.
I also keep a small basket to place items in that I will not use. I often put shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, items for children, etc in this basket. When I have lots of items here, I give it to a local hospice or women's shelter.
Charities that offer help to women/children welcome these small packages of toilet articles.
Hope this helps.

I have a fairly good size rubber tote that holds the bulk of it.It sits in the corner in the computer area.On top of of I keep a flat box that holds what I call paper samples. Things like cards and flat samples like lotion pouches etc..
In my bathroom I have a small basket and that holds all the tampons, liners hygene wipes etc.. In my kitchen cabinet I have a gallon size ziplock and it holds all the food packets like drink stix sugar packets etc...

I have a clear container which I store in my bathroom closet.
All the little bottles are on a shelf in the bathroom because most of them I will use, where as the shampoo packets don't really do me any good, because I need about 3 of them to wash my hair.

I have everything stored in drawers in my computer room. Sometimes, I do forget about them. *Reminder* I need to use the Ambi before it goes bad

Let me help you get organized. :)
First, gather up all your samples to one spot. Carefully go through them and put all shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath wash, tampons and sanitary napkins, deodorants, etc into a basket to go in your bathroom for guests.
Next ... and this is most important ... put all pain relieving creams/gels and dry skin relievers (lotions) into a box with packing peanuts or into padded envelope (depending on the amount you have). Seal. PM me for my mailing address. :)

I put them all in a "junk drawer" if I have someone come over and say "hey do you have a tampon I can borrow.." I hand them one out of the sample drawer. I use to send them all to my dad when he was in iraq (well except for the feminie items...lol)
The dog and cats stuff I either use right away (in the case of treats) or I send them to our rescue (with food or coupons).
I hated a bunch of little bottles and packages of stuff laying around, so this was best for me.

I didn't really have a very serious way of organizing things but I do normally put all toothpaste, deodorants, lotions and etc into the middle drawer of my three drawer cosmetic case. All of my shampoos and hair products go into this super cute pink basket that has a purple lace covering which I tie with a bow. All of the food drink items just go into the kitchen where ever and then feminine products go into the bathroom under the sink.
I am definitely thinking of taking all of my samples and just dumping them onto the living room floor where I can seriously go through them and decide what I will use and what I won't, whats expired and whats not and then go from there.

Until I moved I kept them all in a big basket. Now I have the toothpaste in the bathroom, the travel-size shampoos, lotions, etc. in a small set of drawers in my storage closet. Pet treats go in Maddy's basket in the pantry. Feminine hygiene items go in my storage closet with their full-size counterparts until I need more in the bathroom. Food items also go in the pantry. Anything I don't think I'll use goes in the bag of things that will get donated to a local shelter when the bag gets filled up.

I have three areas-one in my food closet, one in my bathroom, and one with my pet supplies. This works out really good for me because all I have to do is open a door and my stashes are in plain sight!

Time to revisit this thread, in the past year I have collected so many great samples that I have multiple baskets, containers, and bags filled with stuff. Thank you to all the people who have posted all the samples, coupons, freebies and odds and ends....without you this would not be possible.
I need a bigger storage cabinet just for samples.....going to be on the lookout for one.
