samples to individuals, when they request so much information, such as your work phone number and the name of the company you work for.

I no longer send for samples when "company", "title", "position" and that sort of thing are required fields. I have found that samples from those type of offers almost never come.... maybe 1 in 10 at best. And for those offers requiring a phone number I type in "undefined". It seems some offers are less interested in sending samples then in developing telephone leads for telemarketing.

AudiTT.. whenever asked for title or company names I use "Mrs" for title and "Home" for company. Also, when asked for a phone number I put my area code and 9999999 for the number. It has worked for me every time.
