FINALLY Dog is back on tv!! His new season starts sometime next month but the old seasons are starting tomorrow! I know that what he said to his son was wrong, but he didn't mean it in that way, and also that was something private and personal that should never have been exposed like that. We all say things that we shouldn't but it is not right for people to sell them to tabloids like that. I love Dog, I think he has done alot for Hawaii. I used to run into him all the time when we would go to the Safeway (grocery) that was downtown. He is very down to earth and would help anyone that needed him. I am glad he is finally back and I can't wait for the new episodes! The DVR is ready for them!!!:D

I think they need more of him in this country and I feel he was set up from the beginning, somebody was jealous or someone didn't like him because it made them look bad.
No he shouldn't have said what he did to his son but don't all of us do this and then regert it.

His son is the one that set him up, but also that is his son from another woman, not from the one on the show. He has always had a bad past with that son for when he was put in jail and all of that. I think it is horrible that someone would set up their own dad for money and embarrasment. He even told his son that if that got out it would ruin his career. Tons of emails and support brought him back to tv though. He is truely an amazing person and so is his family. They do so much for the kids out in Hawaii. They would always go to the schools and talk to the kids and play with them. There is not a whole lot of crime in Hawaii, it is mainly drug related (meth) but he helps get the really bad ones off the streets. He even comes to the mainland to help here. I agree that we need more people like him, and honestly since his show aired the first time alot of people have gone out and started doing what he is doing. They will never compair, but they are definitely doing their part to help make our country a better place to live.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Police in Colorado say shots were fired at TV bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman and a bail bondsman when they tried to apprehend a man whose bail was revoked on an attempted murder charge.

Colorado Springs police Sgt. Roger Vargason says the two were attempting to take 35-year-old Hoang Nguyen into custody at an apartment complex Tuesday night when Nguyen shot at them at least once with a handgun and fled on a motorcycle.

No injuries were reported.

Vargason says initial reports showed Chapman and the bondsman were armed only with paintball guns.

Police said Chapman apprehended Nguyen early Wednesday. He was due in court Wednesday afternoon.

Chapman is best known for the TV reality series "Dog the Bounty Hunter" on the A&E network.
