I'm sorry you fill in the contact page and in the section that says reason for contacting {drop down} you can pick coupon from there. I will fix it now. There is no survey. Again I am sorry :(

My mail must be slow because I just got an email confirmation that did have a survey with it. The survey was really quick and super easy to fill out.

Her inital post is wrong, but the web site is for Idahoan Potatoes...I signed up for this along time ago and still have not received it...looks like they are starting to trickle in..

I got this a couple weeks ago. The biggest pack my stores carry is a 10 serving pack. It is huge and is less than what the coupon will cover. So, if your store carries a bigger bag, it's a great deal. Great post. Just wish I had of remember to post it first

My store only carries it in the pouches, similar in size to a cookie mix pouch.
