Cooking Survey

Welcome to Market Reader Pro™’s NEW Cooking Survey!

Once again, Market Reader Pro™ is looking for consumers to test NEW appliances and provide us with your feedback! Our client, a leading appliance manufacturer, needs your help to test new cooking appliances in your home. Your opinions will help design cooking appliances better suited to consumers’ needs. Selected participants will use the new appliances for 3-8 months and get paid at least $475 for their opinions.

We know that your time is important, and we greatly appreciate your participation. This survey will help our client better determine if you might meet their needs for this product test. This survey will need to be completed in one sitting. Before you start, please have the brand name, model number, and width of all of your cooking appliances, and please make sure that you have at least 10-15 minutes set aside for this survey.

Thank you in advance; we greatly appreciate your time!

Started on this survey at 9:30 a.m. It kept sticking on the describe the meals you and your family cook and enjoy--reentered everything three times over. Finally that page went through, but the next page came up "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE". I tried the back button and went back to the trouble page again, and reentered everything again. Same result. So I came back here and clicked on the link, and it now, too, comes up with SERVICE UNAVAILABLE. I'm on broadband, so it's not my end. I think they were swamped and they may have even closed the survey now.

UPDATE: Tried it again ten minutes after this post, and the website came right back up and flew through the pages--just heavy web traffic. Entered my info, but doubt I'll be selected due to age of range--replaced eight year old one just a few months ago.

I just completed it - I received an email on this one too. Hope we get in on this. My oven is 13-15 years old, and is an off color - I'd love to try something new - especially since it REALLY needs to be cleaned on the inside!!

Thank you! This would be fun to try...but what do I do with my old range while I am testing the new one???? :)

Worry about it if and when it happens, I am sure if it happens you will not have to return it or any product you happen to be chosen to test. ;)

OK, here's hoping for a new 'fridge, dishwasher or stovetop...

We replaced everything but the 'fridge about three years ago when doing an addition...the dishwasher was recalled but no one told us. So it leaked- under the new hickory floors by father made (hickory doesn't like water under it) We came downstairs one day to find a foot and a half hickory upsidedown V in between our sink and our island! Needless to say we had to rip out the floor- get and new dishwasher. Now with the hole in the floor, my husband (big guy- 6' 2" almost 300 pounds) decides he is going to use up the heavy duty saran wrap...the big box that you get at Sam's Cub- I got it for a GS project. He trips IN the hole and falls with the box in hand (serrated edge down, of course!) on the stovetop! He cracked it into a T. He tried to also hide it by placing pots and pans around it...like I wouldn't notice. Later, I swear I can't even make this up!...after we get the new dishwasher- they refuse to pay for a new stove, I then get the flu and get dizzy and almost pass out...wish I hit the floor- I didn't! The door to the dishwasher was open! Now, it is bent. My husband refuses to get a new stove- yes...he started cooking on the cracked one! I was worried it would catch on fire! And he is refusing to get a new dishwasher! He puts a little plastic container under the dishwasher when it runs to catch the water and then dumps it out.

Again, when I tell people this story- they just look at me because they know there is NO way someone could have just made this up...if so, God Bless their imagination!

Thanks for the post and for letting me B--ch.

Nancy, that is quite a story! We have a bunch of stubborn men, mine being #1....we need to send them out on a boat about 20 miles out and suddenly no gas for the engine, pop the tops on all the beer cans, and forget any food, let them sit out there for 3-4 days before they get rescued......

I'd really love this. But before I fill out the survey, would someone please tell me if I should bother or not ? Considering I live in an Apt. and I DO NOT own my appliances. Thank You ! :)

I also signed up...I hope it's not a spamming agency and that it is legit... It seems exciting. My question is, if they give you a stove to "borrow" or "test" for a few months...where do you store your old one?

I'd use it as an end table in the living room if I had to LOL
