Just read about the nationwide recall of Listerine's Agent Cool Blue plaque detecting rinse. This is a product aimed at helped children brush their teeth better.

An awful lot of recalls lately.....peanut butter, pet food and now cool blue for kids, Kinda makes me leery of grocery shopping.

This was the only flavor my daughter liked and we still had half a bottle left! She had lost interest in it thank goodness.

You know we all try to look out for our kids and do whats best for them then something like this happens. I'm glad we have this forum so we can all help each other out too. Thanks for posting this as I had no idea about this either.:)

I just sent in for a refund. You can go to the Cool Blue Agent website and download a form to get a refund. You just need to mail the form and the back label from the bottle to them.

I almost bought this too when the store had it on sale but luckly it was sold out. I read it in the paper

Thank goodness I just joined this group and thank goodness we've been staying at my mom's! I had no idea about the recall and my daughter uses that I just threw it away and called for my refund. Thank God for people posting things like this!

HUH, crying over mouth wash? did you tell him this one wasn't good for him? buy him someother brand, they have the same blue color in other brands.

I'm sure once they fix the problem this product will be back on the market and be fine to use!! We still eat beef even though they scared everyone into thinking we would all get mad cow.So I say give it time to run its course and safe usable product will be out soon!! :) :)

I know, LOL! You rinse with the cool blue, and it stains the areas of your teeth with plaque still on it. In other words, it shows you what you missed!
