Who doesn't love a picture frame?! Well I know we all have plenty of pictures to fill them, so why not have a picture frame swap?

THE DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS JUNE 8TH!!!!

Please PM me your information. You can either send one you have that you don't use, or you can go buy one. Please make sure you wrap the picture frame a little before shipping it. I am not putting a limit on the price as some might want to send a smaller one to save on shipping, but that is up to you.

If you need to buy one and you want to go cheap, always try Ross, Marshalls, or something like that. They always have cute ones!

If anyone thinks we should add any specifics to this let me know, it is up to everyone. I figured for those not doing the White Elephant swap, this one you would know what to send, and if you are doing it, this will give you even more goodies to get in the mail!!!:D

So as of right now we have 7 of us on the list. We need to recruit a few more, so we have a nice variety of drawlings and also so we have an even number. If we don't it will be fine, but the more the better!

The deadline is coming closer, and I just wanted to make sure everyone didn't have anything they wanted to add. Remember there is no spending limit, and you can use on that you already have if you want. Don't forget to color your pretty picture for your person either. Once you receive your picture frame, if you can, take a picture and post it on here so we can all see! Also don't forget to wrap the frame, we don't want pieces when we open our package! Besides that everything else is up to you!

I will be out for doctor appointments and surgery starting tomorrow sometime, so if you need anything just email me, and I will get back as soon as I can. I don't really know how much I will be on, but if I am not asleep I will probably be on since I am on strict bed rest.

I will send out the names of whom you have on the 9th. Do we want to know who has our names that day or wait and see when we get our frame with our lovely pictures? Please try to have your frames out no later than a week after, but if there is something going on and you are late, please let me know so I can tell your person it will be a little late.

Ya it has to be something you made. You don't have to draw it, I like the idea of a collage. Just make is something more than just a picture in a frame. We are showing our extra love for each other! Like Lynne said, we can always just buy a picture frame. So if you can't draw you can do stick people like some of us, or you can do a collage. Just clip out different words and stuff and tape or glue them on a piece of paper that fits in the frame. Make it words or a picture that reminds you of the person you get or of the love you have for all of us on here! No matter how good or bad, everyone will love it! I can't wait to see what everyone does! Just a few more days til we get our people! Here is who I have as of now:

No you get to pick the frame completely on your own. You just have to make sure that whatever is in the frame is completely original and made by you! It can be a drawling or a collage if you want. I am so excited about all the swaps! We're all gonna feel like kids on Christmas soon!

No you cut out different words from magazines and either glue or tape them on the paper. They are all words that describe a certain thing. Alot of girls do them and get words and pictures that remind them of themselves and put them in their room. Magen did them all the time. We had to do alot in high school too.

Oh my gosh, I got my picture today from Lynne, I have been sitting here crying for the last 1/2 hour. It's beautiful Lynne, I am so touched by it I can't even tell you what it means to me....thank you so much! I am going to take a picture of it and post it.

The glass was broke, but thats ok, I can replace that, I'm just glad it didn't puncture the picture.

That is so cute!!! I can't wait for mine to get here so I can see it! When I got my other stuff (flip flops, socks, and white elephant, plus my coffee maker) all in the same day the ladies at the front office thought it was my birthday. I was like no I just have some amazing friends!

It's true, we do all the fun stuff! Haha! That would be a very good idea I think because whom ever you get will get something that is very special! I just sat down and started doodling! I can't draw well, but it was still funny, I know it will bring a smile to everyones face when they see the picture get posted. One of my pictures was side ways though! haha, I didn't notice until I put them in the frame!!:eek:

My person has not posted that they even put it in the mail:( We are the only two that have not received anything, as I just checked back on the thread and everyone else has posted that they received their frames, but not all have posted the pictures they got.

Please get it out asap. Everyone has received their frames and there are two of us that have not. It has been almost a month since names went out. I understand that things come up, but please let me know when that happens so I can let your person know.

I also have not received mine, and I will be pm'ing the person tomorrow. I am not trying to be rude, but there has been more than enough time for the frames to get out and to the person. The other person and I that are waiting on our frames, if we have not received them in the next week or so, then I will be letting everyone that has swaps know whom you are so that they can decide if they want to let you participate. It is not fair for some of us to spend time and money on the swaps to not get ours in return. If you have any problems then you can pm me, but I will be keeping in contact with the 2 people that have the names of us who have not received our frames, along with the other person who has not gotten their frame.
