I have taken it and it actually doesnt taste and does give you the fiber you need. I have bad stomach issues and (just to help explain) I do not use the bathroom like normal. Well my doctor told me to take this and it really really helped. You can even put it in soft foods too, but you cant taste it at all in water, juice, or tea. Its great. Fiber helps clean your colon also. It can also make you lose some weight but not alot. Hope this helps.

I just ordered. I did try it when I was on bedrest in the Hospital. It is one of the only ones I could find that did not have Aspartame in it (I'm REALLY allergic to that stuff). It worked great. I mixed it in with yogurt, let it set for a minute or two and ate it - couldn't tell it was there at all unless I didn't stir it all in.

I'm trying to increase our families fiber intake, and plan to get some and cook with it. You can add it to recipes, and no one will know. It does blend in.
