I absolutely love my Schick Intuition Razor. I got in in the mail for free right around the time that my daughter was born last year, and it was perfect timing! I never would have spent the money to try it on my own, so I'm glad I got the freebie in the mail. Their marketing plan worked because I'm hooked! It's sometimes hard enough just to find time to jump in the shower to get myself clean and wash my hair, let alone shave. This razor has been such a time saver. I even e-mailed Schick to tell them how much I love it and they sent me several coupons. :D

I have to agree. I love mine too. I just wished the refills weren't so expensive. I always hated getting in the shower soaping my legs then getting the razor just to shave. This is all one set. LOVE IT!!!!

Earlier someone posted aweb site called twistedbranches.com. I have ordered a ton of free samples and several razors in the last few days. Some of the razors were expired but several of the them were still available.

Thanks! I'll have to check that out. I've gotten several of the Schick Quatro razors for free in the mail for both my husband and me, but we really don't care for them. Neither one of us gets a very close shave, even though there are 4 blades on the razor. I think it has something to do with the fact that the blades have a wire wrapped around them.

I completely agree. I had forgotten how good a close shave felt, until I had to use a disposable the other day and my legs were smoother than they had been in months!

I just buy disposables that I have a coupon for/that are cheap. Terrible, but I'm cheap! I've been wanting to try this one though!

I tried the disposibles. They weren't for me! Everytime I use one I cut myself in several places on my legs. I bought some about a month ago thinking they might be better made but they weren't. I'm glad to hear someone has good luck with them!!

I know what you're talking about. I get terrible razor burn every time I use a disposable razor. I'm not sure what the big difference is, but I can't use them either.

I have been using the Intuition razor since it came out about 3 or 4 years ago and I think it is the GREATEST invention I have found in years!!!!! I havent had to use shaving cream since then. Ladies, if you havent tried it, get one. Walgreens has the new Intuition Plus Milk and Honey (i think that is the scent) now for a special $3!!! They have linited supplies of them, that is not a sale price, that is the price until they run out, so if they have them, grab them up. I had a couple of $2 coupons so I did great.

Do you know if they have cheap refills too, or do you have to buy the whole razor? I have some $1 coupons that I want to use on refills - I don't care what scent.

You can buy refill packs, 3-pack or 6-packs. They are expensive, wait till they go on sale! They might have them on ebay, I havent checked. I have lucked up so many times getting my refill packs, I got a damaged 6-pack of refills at Brunos for $3!!!!!! Usually costs around $15. I always check the clearance sections in Brunos and Publix, and get great deals

I've been using the Venus razor for awhile. Is it better than that one?
I've also used Veet, and I like it very much. Since it's a depilatory, you do have to wait a few minutes before you can scrape it off with the plastic "razor." That's the only downside to it, but it is the reason I don't use it as often as shaving.

I got a Venus Breeze as a sample and do not like it at all. It nicked.. Also, the small "block" of hard soap attached to it disintegrated and part of it fell off after only a couple of uses. You can use the Schick Intuition razor many many times before the soap wears off.

I've wondered about how the Venus Breeze is also. Those razors aren't cheap either. It's good to know your opinion on them. Thanks!

I got the Venus Breeze sample from Vocalpoint too. So far, so good! But, I've only used it twice.
I imagine they are expensive, which is a bummer. Also, I'm positive the shaving soap will run out before the blade is dull. We'll see!

I got a free Intuition the mail and had the same experience! I like the idea of the shaving product in the razor but it cut the heck out of my legs..I looked like I lost a knife fight! I have tried the Quattro ones and they are ok but don't seem to shave as closely as I'd like...
I am thinking of trying the Venus because it looks kinda "cushy" and maybe it won't hurt!
Ps..If you cut yourself and it's not too deep, a generous sprinkling of plain black pepper will stop the bleeding! I carry a black pepper packette from the fast food joint in my purse!;)

I am so surprised you cut yourself with the Schick Intuition! I do admit, when the soap gets very low and about to "run out" I am more inclined to get nicked (I use the thang until it is completely used up--Im cheap!). But when the razor is new, I have never had a problem. Did you make sure to wet the razor and soap before you used it? I use mine while I am showering and my legs and the razor are wet the whole time. I absolutely LOVE mine and swear by it! I wish you had better luck with it.

Yeah..I made sure my legs and the razor/soap were wet but I guess I am a natural-born klutz..I HATE shaving sometimes but it seems to rank up there
with taxes and traffic-a neccesary evil!

Veet does nothing for me but break me out. I would suggest putting it on a little area of your skin and trying it like that first before you use it! :)

I don't like the new ones. I have never tried the old Shick Intuition but the first time I used the Milk and Honey one, it felt like I didn't shave my legs at all, almost like there was too much of the product with some cheap disposable razor head. I don't love it. Are the old ones better?

The first time I used the milk and honey razor I was skeptical.But.. after trying it.I thought my legs had such a close shave and they felt so soft.I loved the new razor but i'm not thrilled with the price.

I love Veet! It's nothing more than a depilatory that comes with a plastic scraper tool though, so if you don't like depilatories, you won't like Veet.
