Spin class!

Barring that, squats and lunges.

If you have kids...heck even if you don't! The Wii Fit is really fun. You're getting exercise & don't even realize it. It's great for the kids too. Such a wonderful way to spend time as a family, especially when it's 150 degrees outside with 90% humidity!
Ours came in the mail last week & we are having a ball with it!
I also like it because my kids want to invite their friends over to play it, then they're here...right where I like them.;)

You could prally pick up a pilates tape really cheap. Pilates is great for tone and grace.

I go yoga. The yoga ball is like $10 at Walmart and it works great like a ThighMaster. It works the inner thighs a lot and the quads some too. Do too many and you'll totally feel it the next day. Also, I HIGHLY reccommend the yoga videos produced by GAIAM (search it on ebay or amazon). The videos are great and start with the beginning beginner. And trust me, it is a workout and you will sweat.

Come borrow my pitbull. She'd be delighted to walk with you. Half a mile, 5 miles, whatever. Bring water, bring bags, she's good to go!

She walks very nicely indeed, doesn't pull, and is very much focused forward on walks. Payton doesn't usually get distracted by other people or other dogs, just keeps on going. Even sits at corners without being reminded. Our other dog, on the other hand, is very nervous & gets distracted. I usually let the DD or DH walk Indi. ;)
