A rivet was broken on one of my crocs during an energetic game with my pit bull a few weeks ago. I requested new rivets, they came very quickly. A nice little bagfull! I understand they will replace broken straps as well. I love my crocs...

My daughter broke one of her straps,(actually she ripped it off),and I went to their FAQ and sent a message with her shoe color and size and 2-3 weeks later, I received a new strap in the mail.Sweet!

I would love a pair , but hubby says no, because I had a pair similar to these and slip on a wet surface and fell, messed up my knee, dr told me they aren't good for your feet anyway,
