I've used this service for a little over a year, and the coupons come off right on the receipt. (You have to watch it if you are using the receipt for a rebate)

But the reason I am posting today is: I had a coupon I signed up for on my card, that did not come off on my receipt. I emailed them and they gave me a coupon preloaded onto my card for the amount that was supposed to be applied against my order for the coupon ($1).

Just thought I would give a salute to customer service for ShortCuts!

They didn't have a store for me either. Upromise also does this, but they have very few coupons.
