How to Get Desitin Creamy out of black jeans?

My daughter had her first diaper rash ( she is 21 months so I have done good so far. lol) and I had a HARD time putting it on her. It got all over a pair of black jeans I wear around the house. I love them and I would love to get it off. I have used everything and washed them twice (not dried) and I am having no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated!!!

Spray with some spray and wash or dab on some liquid dish soap or shampoo, let set a bit and wash.

After pretreating, scrub the affected areas before putting in the washing machine again, use hot water.
