I have been looking for a long time for a good recipe for a homemade bath soak. All that I see are ones with epsom salt, which I cannot use due to allergies. I decided to make my own. Here is the recipe......
Honey and Milk, warmed in a pot over medium heat,
add baking soda and corn startch to thicken.
I also added gerber apple juice for a smell.
I did not measure anything. I used real bee honey and skim milk.
I used everything from my fridge, and it is completely edible.
It smells great. I just dumped the warmed liquid back into the juice bottle and let it cool without the lid on it. Then when I took a bath, I just dumped a decent amount under the running water. It turns the water a kind of yellow tint, but does not stain the tub. It is all natural, and smells great.
