It's because it is hosted by SS, see that at the top of the page? I know we had this one in the past.

We've not only had it posted before, but we've had the Costco sample posted before. It's probably not letting anyone that got the Costco one before get it again. chardona posted it back in October I think--yep Oct 25th, I just checked.
