I think the /en/ on the end of the url takes it out of the U.S. and in to England, but I'm not really sure. Here's the U.S. site (has coupons available there!) http://www.ecover.com/us/en/Products/Cleaning/All+Purpose+Cleaner.htm
But I didn't find the sample offer while rooting around in there.

What made me wonder in the first place was that they asked for post code instead of zip code and the product is in ml and not pints or quarts (but that happens here, too).

I don't really know. I signed up either way though. No harm no foul.
