Welcome to the StartSampling Forums. We are committed to creating and friendly and helpful environment for everyone. Please review these simple rules and guidelines for the StartSampling forums before you post.

1. Registration

You must register and agree to the “Registration Terms” before you can post in the forums. If you have not registered already, you can register by visiting http://forums.startsampling.com/register.php .

2. Spam and Offensive Postings

While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message before it is posted due to the real-time nature of this forum. If you see offensive or spam postings, please report with the "report post" link located in every post header.

You may not post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, ***ually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned from this forum. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. The administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit.

Self-Promotion is also considered spam. Please do not post links to your website, personal referral codes or any personal solicitation. Please do not inlcude self-promoting links in your signature.

3. Posting Freebies

Offers posted in our “Real Quality Samples” section must be 100% free and without a hassle to sign up for. If a person has to accept offers in order to receive a freebie, or pay a shipping and handling charge, that offer is not considered free. Please verify all offers before posting a new topic in the forum and try to be specific about the item. Include the name of the company making the offer or a detailed description of what the offer is in the subject area. Look over the Categories before posting your offers and choose the Category that best fits your topic.

4. Reposts & Starting a New Topic ~ Please Search Before Posting

To avoid filling the board with duplicate information, please take a moment and use our “Search” feature to check for “Reposts”. A repost is a duplicate post of an offer that has already been posted in one of our forums. Just as you put time into finding offers, you should put that extra few minutes in to make sure it hasn't already been posted. Enter the keywords to search such as “deodorant” or the brand name such as “Secret” and search “All available forums” and “All available categories.” This will perform a more complete search of all our forum topic titles as well as the content in each message to find a match. We've all been guilty of it at one time or another, but please remember not to flame the offender. They may be new to the forum and need guidance and help on posting. If you find a repost in one of our forums, please post a reply and simply note “Repost” and provide a link to the location where you found the original post. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated and one of our Moderators or an Administrator will review the post and move it to the “Recycle Bin” We appreciate everyone’s participation by posting in our forums and just want to keep things neat and tidy for everyone to enjoy.

5. Flaming or Fighting

Discussions sometimes result in disagreements. Rebuttals to another person's opinions or beliefs should always be made in a rational, logical and mature manner, whether they are made publicly or privately. "Flaming," or insulting another forum member, is never appropriate.

Do not attack each other. Personal attacks on others will not be tolerated. Challenge others' points of view and opinions, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully without insult and personal attack.

Our Forum exists to help its members have some fun by sharing the exciting offers and information they find with other members. Making forum subscribers uncomfortable interferes with the purposes of the forum, so please treat each other with respect. If you have an issue with an individual, please contact the moderator of the forum or the site administrator. If you have a problem with a moderator, contact the site administrator.

6. Personal Information

Do not include your home address or phone number in any post on the forum. Members who wish to be contacted by other members may do so by sending an “Email” or a “Private Message”.
