Went to the mall on Saturday. Not only got the free PacSun T-shirt, but also picked up another pair of Flirtitude panties. And you do need a print out of the cover page and you should also take along a print of the the advertisement on 17 Mag. Click on the tab "Free Stuff". It's near the bottom of the page.

I will say, however, they were a lot nicer about it than J C Penny.
