I can fill out the whole thing but when I hit submit I keep getting prompted to fill in all areas. :confused:

I got the same message too, I tried last night and this morning and got the same message, I checked and rechecked and I had everything filled in, I don't know why it won't take it. :confused:

I've tried this one several times it doesn't work for me!

some of the areas are black so only half my info is able to be filled in!

mine just came yesterday! I hope you all get yours soon. It came to me in exactly 7 weeks and it says allow 6-8 weeks. So there is still hope!!

It worked for me. Perhaps, it's because I said I used a Garnier product?
