OMG the alpine chicken sammie is awesome!!! chicken, bacon, ranch, cheese, lettuce and tomato....mmmmmm They are small but yet so filling and satisfying......the others look good too but I just haven't tried them

Do not bother. I ordered one a couple days ago and they are VERY tiny. I was disappointed and they were $2 each. I would rather go to McDonald's and get a snack wrap for $1.29.

I have that coupon too. I cant wait to pair it with the Gift Card I got in my Stocking from Santa!! (I was good this year, but I guess not as good as my Son and Husband) :rolleyes: Next year Mr Claus better try harder!!!

My youngest son LOVES Quiznos, and so does my Husband. I do not! I don't like hot sandwhiches. I prefer subway or Blimpies over Quiznos-but thats just me. I do like their soups though.......I signed them up for special offers!:)

I am soooooooo mad at Quiznos right now...........the one by work took the million sub freebie w/no problems.

BUT........the one by my house would not take coupons that QUIZNOS mailed to us......they list the participating Quiznos on the back of the coupon block..
there were 8 coupons. anyhow, they have put up a handwritten sign:
WE NO LONGER TAKE COUPONS :(
I questioned it and showed them the coupons which were mailed to us.
I knew they wouldn't take them but I told them.........remove your store address off the back in the future.

So.........I just sent a scathing email to Quiznos about it........told them that they better quit mailing out coupons if their stores are going to NOT accept the coupons. Also, told them that their million sub giveaway was a joke since so many were hassled.........some told they had to buy drink, others told there had to be a watermark on the coupon, others told they had to print in color, etc. I told them that SUBWAY never treats their customers that way and I would be frequenting SUBWAY in the future along w/ALL my friends and family.

so, I blew off some steam..............will see if I get any response from them.

some corporate hotshot called last night. He was very nice. He is sending me coupons along w/an official letter. We talked for almost an hour.
He explained how all the Quiznos' owners are reimbursed by HQ for the internet coupons and mailed coupons. (He further explained that even if an owner got duped w/a photo copy coupon, HQ would still reimburse them)
He does not understand WHY they are posting signs saying they do not accept coupons. He understands how bad that is for business. I told him since Subway was his biggest competition and they do not seem to be doing the same.........it looks bad for Quiznos.
We talked about the million sub giveaway and how frustrated some customers must have been going from store to store reading those signs.
I told him that the coupons say PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS....but do not indicate which ones they are. I also pointed out MY coupons were in the mail w/all locations on reverse (one being the store that refused the coupons).

He thanked me and told me that in March they are having a huge corporate meeting and he will definitely address this issue. I suggested in future perhaps put cities NOT participating like Arbys put not in SIOUX CITY on their internet coupon.

He was gracious and is sending me 5 coupons for free subs (footlongs). He wants me to take them to the store that refused me along with his letter to see what happens. He gave me his phone number so I can report back my experience. :)

I am impressed he called you and had a real conversation. I have to give him kudos for that. You will have to let us know what happens with your coupons and I really hope the store takes them.

Have you noticed that Quiznos reduced their prices and their subs are significantly smaller? There subs were huge and the last time I went-----well I was disappointed.:(

I agree--that is pretty outstanding customer service!

I'm sorry for the trouble everyone has been having. DH used his coupon downtown yesterday during work w/no problems and I used mine last night (in a rush to a friend's house who is teaching me how to bead) and got the most delicious ever ham and cheese sandwich. The staff were super-nice and said they'd take the coupon as long as it wasn't expired...which it wasn't!

I've appreciated Quizno's for about 4 years, since I worked with a volunteer org. to put on a free children's health fair for uninsured kiddos. Our Quizno's gave us tons of free sandwiches for our volunteers (we had over a hundred) and charged us a pittance for additional ones. Here, they are a great company!

I signed up for their bday program and will continue to patronize them. I think I actually prefer the taste to Subway's.

I think Quiznos is about a million times better than Subway.
The one here has the best customer service.
