Hello. You recently requested a free copy of our Take 10 interactive video CD-Rom, which features video guitar lessons from several of our educators.

This was a special limited offer for readers of Premier Guitar magazine, however someone posted the link to a variety of “freebie” sites and we were slammed with literally thousands of requests, including yours.

This puts us in a bit of pickle for a variety of reasons including: a) the offer was limited and we don’t have that many in stock; b) the course is designed for guitar players and it's likely that many of the CD-ROM requests come from folks who do not play guitar and may have thought it was a performance video; and c) anybody who requests the course is registered as member at TrueFire and put on our email list and the last thing we want to do is send email to people who have no interest in sharing from us (we hate unsolicited emails too!).

Meanwhile, after much contemplation here, we think we’ve come up with a fair and workable solution.
