I absolutely Love Mesa Sunrise cereal. It's by Nature's Path and I can only find it at WholeFoods. And it comes in a large bag to be environmentally friendly as well. It's made with Indian Corn, Flax and Amaranth. Yummy!!
(warning for sensitive tummies: Extremely filled with fiber) :p

I don't have a Whole Foods, but I do have a Wild Oats. Next time I'm that way, I'll look for it. Thanks! Is it pricey?

Not too bad. It's $5.99 for a 26.4 OZ bag and it usually lasts me a couple of weeks eating it every day.

Other products you might try are those by Lifestream. I buy the Flax Plus waffles (you can get them in fig as well) , but they have several different kinds including Mesa Sunrise! Also, Nature Valley granola bars are good-especially the Fruit and Nut kind. Then there's always Kashi....I love EVERYTHING they sell. www.kashi.com. Sign up and they send samples and coupons sometimes. :p

Good luck! Just be careful of the flax seeds! They tend to get caught in the digestive track!
