I don't know if you remember or not, but there was an offer on here awhile back, for the Clinique 3-Step system, and they had the "Boot Camp" thing going on...well, anyways...I really really like the Clinique system, but when I looked at the prices, it was no where near my budget, is there anyone that has tried this that can compare it to another "cheaper" brand??? Any advice is appreciated...Thanks Y'all! :)

I am a Clinique person totally because it does not cause my skin to get dry or break out. The only other thing I can recommend is neutrogena.
And to be 100% honest with you the 3 step for Clinique is very expensive and it will not get any cheaper. The complete 3 step system will last me about 2 months so $25 a month is not bad for skincare to me.
I have very sensitive skin and have to use hypoallergenic skin care items. I see the $25 a month as a great investment to keep my skin looking great!

I must warn about buying skin care items on Ebay. I've had issues in the past where people would put water in the toner bottles and make it look like the real thing.
I've had issues with skincare items 4 times. Never, ever again!

Oh wow, that is too bad, I always look at how many feedbacks they have and what others have to say about delivery/product, etc... too bad the ones that are not legit make it bad for the others....!!

I'd recommend AcneFree (http://www.acnefree.com/af). The cleanser doesn't foam the way the Clinique does, but I found the results to be comparable, and the price is much better. It's available at Walgreen's and CVS stores.

Our youngest daughter has been using Acne Free for a few months and is very pleased with the results. She has also used Proactiv (http://www.proactiv.com/) and was pleased with the results at first. She stopped using it because she did not like the way it made her skin feel tight.

i used to see a dermatologist and he only reccommended clinique, almay, and neutrogena. i cant afford clinique either, but i have been using a combination of almay and the clear orangish bar from neutrogena for years. i used to have BAD acne and excema (talk about combination skin!). it cleared it up and now it's even starting to reduce some of my acne scaring.
i have tried proactive and found it to be a total waste of money. i told my derm. about it and he said you might as well use bar soap and water and finish off with baby oil. (i dont know if that's totally true, but it didnt help me)

I agree with AcneFree. I've suffered from acne for 15 years now, and AcneFree is the best product I've ever used. Keep a look-out in Sunday's coupons; I've gotten 2 $5 off coupons in the past 6 months. Add that to the "on sale" price at Wal-Mart (usually $12.97), and you've struck gold!
