They just put the Beckham fragrances back up (which was off the site a week or two ago), I ordered some for my sister. It'll probably come on a little post card anyway, but at least I can put it in my sock drawer and make it smell good :-)

It's gone again... I don't know why they keep putting stuff up and then taking it right back down...:confused:

I'm no longer embarrassed, (teensy blush). I will continue to post where I feel it's needed. I keep trying to post a new sample but someone always beats me to it. First time I post, it will be in all CAPS, lol. Anyhoo, I wanted to add here that every single sample I've ordered from Wal-Mart.com has arrived, always! I enjoy going to the mailbox now looking for new "treats" and trying to ignore bills, LOL.
Glad that you feel more comfortable posting!! It's hard to find samples to post unless you are a downright sample hunter, and that takes a lot of time and work! We're lucky to have several of those here! You don't have to post samples to join in the fun, so don't worry! ;)

I've heard and read where dish soap will work well with alot of stains!

Used to work in a very large food plant bakery department, and we all ended up with huge nasty brown greasy/oily stains on our blue twill insulated uniform vests and jackets (it may have been a bakery, but you could see your breath in there most of the winter!) from the baked on rubbery brown corn oil deposits on the pans, the conveyors, everywhere in that place. A coworker recommended powdered automatic dishwashing detergent (the non-bleach varieties!) as a presoak to remove that nasty crud, and it really worked. Just put the whole garment to soak in hot water with a cup of dissolved automatic dishwashing detergent in it for an hour or so. It worked so well that the very coworker who recommended this method thought I had been issued a new insulated vest!

Do PLEASE check in a concealed spot, though, that the garment you will soak is colorfast when using the automatic dishwashing detergent first!

Glad that you feel more comfortable posting!! It's hard to find samples to post unless you are a downright sample hunter, and that takes a lot of time and work! We're lucky to have several of those here! You don't have to post samples to join in the fun, so don't worry! ;)

I had just signed up to a couple freebie newsletters and I forage from one other site for the most part to get my posts. If it's really dry and I feel like investing several hours, then I use the search engines. The main work is in going to the offer site and checking it out to see if it's worth posting, searching to see if it HAS been posted, and then just doing the posting here.

Walmart samples are great and dependable, but I've noticed that most don't come with a coupon like they do when it is straight from the company itself.

Hi just wanted to let you all know. When you click on samples... keep clicking and you will see different items every time you click. This has been happening for the last week or so. I know we're having issues w/Maybelline sample that may be why. P.S. I did PM all the mods. :confused: No response. We may just have several of the same posts over and over again due to the fact Walmart switches it out. p.s. I only wanted you all to know... Happy Easter. Suggestion: Maybe show the sample page again. Indicating new samples and letting everyone know to click more than once. :confused: p.s. As I wrote this and edited I have since ordered more and more samples for family/friends.

There is nothing to forgive hun, I am not mad at all! :D I just reopened your original thread, I've heard others say they can get it, there must be a glitch in the system, which hasn't been the first time, so well give it another day.
Your suggestion to refresh the page is a good one! the samples do change when they have more than what you see.

Yes, your right when you sent that message it does go to all Mod's all depends who sees it first or if we are even on the computer, so that is why you sometimes will not get a speedy reply, plus the site was running very slow earlier which made it impossible to post anything.

I just visited the Walmart site for free samples. When I wen to the page with the samples, there were none. Do they only offer samples periodically or did I do something wrong?

I clicked the link and there was nothing. I have checked NUMEROUS times and there is never anything. There must be a trick.

I just checked the page and it is FULL of samples. You may need to snooze your antivirus and turn off your firewall, then refresh the page.

Ever since I updated my HOSTS file (there's sites you can download a list for this to block most ads, much easier than running programs to do it ;) ) I haven't been able to see the stuff on the main page... one of these days I should go thru and figure out which entry is causing that, but I'm able to see the direct links people post so it's not a huge problem.

I had that same problem and e-mailed Wal-mart and this is what I got back...

*My apologies if this has already been suggested.*

For those of you having trouble viewing the samples, it may be the type of browser you're using. I use Firefox (v1.5...no I haven't upgraded:p ) and can't see the samples with that browser. I'd go to the page, click on the link and see nothing. It wasn't until I viewed the page using Internet Explorer that I was able to see all them

Don't know if Firefox 2.0 users have the same problem, but if you're using the old version and can't see the samples, try using Internet Explorer and see if that helps. Hope it does!

To print coupon (I think you can print two) for $.50 off two roll pack, go to www.vivatowel.com. Publix will double coupons up to $.50. Yesterday they had two roll pack (big roll) of Viva on sale for $2.99, with the $.50 coupon doubled, I got large rolls of viva for $1.25 each. Viva is one of my favorites.

Why do you have to search? If you go to Walmart.com and point to "in stores now" to the right in the blue navigation bar, free samples are on the drop down list. It takes you to one page with all the samples.

Or did I read your message wrong?

Imay have accidently signed up for certain samples more than once so i hope that does not exclude me from receiving the samples.
Im starting to write them down so i dont forget and i just but a check mark on everything i have received:D

It usually takes about 4 weeks for them to arrive. They will not exclude you from receiving your samples if you sign up more than once, but my experience has been that they will only send the first one you order.:)
4 weeks is fast for samples to arrive-most others take from 6-12 weeks.

However, if a sample disappears from the site and then comes back and you re-order, you usually get that again :)
It does seem like they've slowed down some on mailing, I think they used to come a little quicker. Ah well ;)

All Walmart samples are posted individually in the Real Quality Samples section. Every one Walmart offers will always be posted this way. Just look at the post titles that have Walmart in them or sometimes WM. Any problems just ask;)

They might not show up all the time, for reasons unknown. We have the Walmart samples listed here, just type in walmart in the search which is located in the black bar near the top of the page, then look for samples that say WM or walmart on the title. have fun!!

I can never find the samples on the Walmart website, and I want to be able to check it more often. I know to go to "In Stores Now" then "Free Samples", but then when I click on the next free samples link there are no samples . . . can someone help me?

No, that is the sample page, if you cannot see them on that page you might have some kind of blocker on your computer? I have no idea why you cannot see them. sorry.

I type in walmart.com.. and under *In stores now* there's a pull down list - and free samples is listed there.
I've always gotten the WalMart samples.. they are really nice and come quickly.

middle of page sorta to the left you will see free samples...click on SEE ALL.
then all the samples should show up....usually the first page you have to click on get your sample and then the next page try it free and it opens a new page....with my vista..it is a new tab w/green dot so I have to go up and click on that to fill in my shipping info.........HTH

over the past 30-45 days I have had issues geting into the samples section of Wal-Mart.com, but today, I deleted my cookies and deleted the link I previously used, and used the link in the post just previous to mine........AND IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!
Oh, i can't wait till my oatmeal cereal gets to the house!!!!! I love these samples as snacks for traveling, and if they would include coupons for them with the sample, I would actually remember what sample it was that I had that I really liked when I hit the cereal aisle!

Yeah.........I had that old link bookmarked..........but Walmart kinda reformatted the sample link a while back............so the one I posted is the one to get ya there....:)

but you still should be able to access through their main page........just a few more steps

click on IN STORES NOW to the right of page
scroll down to FREE SAMPLES and click on it
then of course, they show up

FYI, next time you find any walmart sample that is available again, let us know and we will re-open the thread, this happens alot with walmart samples.

A friend of mine told me about samples that are available on Walmart.com. To find them click on In Stores Now in the upper right hand corner of the homepage and then select Free Samples. There are about 8 samples available right now including a lipstick sample, a shampoo sample, a Prilosec sample and more...

This is the best site for free samples!!!! Very rarely will you go on there and find that there are none available. You only have to fill out a very short survey and within a few weeks, the samples are in the mail. Every once in awhile, they will send you an e-mail to review the product.:)

Keep watching here, we post all Walmart samples. Look in Quality samples or you can do a search, just type in walmart and you will see all the ones that are available right now. The search is located in the black bar near the top of the page. :)

Actually it will let you order more than 1 per household. I think it is actually 1 per e-mail address. I do it all the time order 1 for me & 1 for dh at the same address different e-mail addresses. My SIL does this also and it works for her also. And they both arrive.

I also do this. I have 3 email addresses, 2 which I just use for freebies.

I've never timed the interval from the time I've ordered a Walmart sample until I actually receive the requested sample but at least they do send the samples.
That's more than I can say for some companies. Its been discussed in this forum, many times, how some people get the samples while others don't get the same samples. Some companies send out e-mails stating that you are ineligible to receive their sample because "___________", some tell you they were overwhelmed with requests and ran out of samples and some you just never get ever.

If you truly don't think you are receiving the Walmart samples, are you receiving other samples? And how do you get your mail? Is there a possibility that some one may be taking the samples from your mailbox?

It has taken me about 6 weeks or less to get my samples... except for the always infinity pad which took about 2 months! :eek:

I have been using Wal-mart samples for a while now. I have tried shampoos lotions, toothpastes, etc. From using the samples, I plan to start buying the Cottonelle wipes and Always Infinity pads on a regular basis.

All the samples are gone, if you notice beside the thread is a lock which means it's closed because it's no longer available. I missed it too.

When it goes that fast..........especially a big manufacturer, a lot of times...
they will provide more samples to Walmart so it might come back. :)

Sorry about that, this thread is very old, we now list samples from Walmart as they become available...so if you do a search (located in the black bar near the top of the page) type in Walmart and anything that is available from them should come up for you. Hope this helps, and welcome to the forum!
