I thought this would be an interesting game to try. We use a different letter and see how many games we can come up with that start with that letter. <I am changing this from a different letter each day to keeping the same letter for 3 days or so, so that people that don't come on here everyday can get a chance to contribute too.> The game you list can be a board game, card game, video game, or any other type of game BUT IT NEEDS TO BE A GAME THAT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PLAYED BEFORE. If you like, you can give a little information about it as well. <Since people have been listing toys as well as games, we will include them as well, but make sure it is one that you yourself have played before.>
TODAY IS THE LETTER A.

Black Facts.......A board game given to me several years ago
by an Attorney I worked for. This Monoply based game
rules are simply you throw the dice and jump around the
board landing on spaces, then draw a card to answer a
variety of questions about Blacks in music, sports, etc.
all in an effort to teach you all about Black History; also
to see who will get to the finish line and win the game.
Great game and source of information for those who
have an interest. Presently, this is a highly rated on-
line resource for Black History information.

Bargain Hunter- a fun shopping game that even had a credit card machine. Little did they know when I got this game as a child, that someday being a "Bargain Hunter" would be what I was know for.
Bonkers- "Bonkers is fun, Bonkers is nice, Bonkers is never the same game twice" (Lori, I should put that one under your song lyrics thread, eh?) This was a Parker Brothers game where the board would be different every time you play based on how you played your cards, which would tell you how many spaces to move forwards or backwards.
Barnstorming- an Atari game that you would fly the plane through the barns without bumping into the chickens (or something like that).

Hey there cath_31. Invasion is a variety of alien invasion video games found at: videogames.yahoo.com/feature/alien-invasion-games/526625
------------------------------------
J = Jacks
I played Jacks as a kid. Did you?
Work your way up from onesies to tensies and back down to onesies. Begin by throwing the jacks out on the floor. Then, taking a ball (you can use the little ones that come in the sets or we always preferred the "Pinkies" (tennis-ball sized pink rubber balls) you throw the ball into the air, pick up the correct number of jacks and letting the ball bounce once, catch the ball while still holding the jack(s). You can only use one hand. Your turn continues until you miss the ball, miss the jacks, move a jack, or drop a jack you've just picked up. Then you are out and it is the next person's turn.
Fun.....fun.....fun!!!

KNOCK OUT- An upright game (like Connect Four) that you try to trap your opponents pieces between yours and then you knock them out and put your pieces in. The object is to have the most pieces in at the end.
KNOK- This is a card game that I picked up at a flea market for only $1 new. The object is to have the fewest points after 9 rounds of play. You "Knok" when you think you have the lowest score. It is actually pretty fun.

McDONALD'S GAME- I never owned this game, but remember playing it at my friend's house when I was in 1st or 2nd grade. I don't remember tons about it, other than I really liked it-lol.
MR. MOUTH- Tiddly-winks type kids game- try to flip them in his mouth while his head moves and his mouth opens and closes. My son had this game.
MILLES BORNES- A card game with 'mileage' and 'hazard' cards. I think it's surprising that both my family and my husband's family owned this one, since it isn't that well-known.
