I went, and had trouble, which seems to be pretty much par for the course lately when I try to get freebies. No one had a clue, and after the fourth person was called, I was told they'd have to find a manager. Fortunately, I printed out a copy of the home page, AND the rules, so I had proof of what I was talking about. I had other shopping to do in the mall, so I left and came back. When I got back, a new lady was at the counter, and she had no clue. I told her to call the manager. She did, and the manager told her to let me go pick out what I wanted. All-in-all, it took me more than 45 minutes to get my pair of panties. Fortunately, they're really cute. I got a pair of black and pink boy shorts. :D

Clearly, these companies participate in these promotions to bring in customers, so you'd think they'd be better prepared. I'm not at all impressed with Penney's right now, I'm only annoyed. If I hadn't have had other shopping to do in the mall, I'd be downright p****d right now.

They were the ones on the rack. I went to my JC Penney's and was told to go and pick mine out. They had tables full. They're on sale for 5 for $25. I also had trouble because someone posted on the register that you had to have a coupon. Luckily I also printed out the other page on 17 Mag with the info about the promo. After showing it to them, I had no further trouble. I'm going back tomorrow for another pair now that I got their attention. LOL

Just updating to make sure you take along the other page posting the freebie on 17 Mag. I've been to JC Penney's in another city and they're only giving out 1 per customer and only accepting the "coupon" in the mag and not the home page or front cover of the mag, but I still got mine when I showed them the advertisement on 17. They also have another table with already reduced Flirtatude panties marked down to $2.99 and you get an additional 40% off. So look around. The other Penney's I went to had Flirtatude bras marked down to $9.99 instead of the reg. price of 2/$30. Check your register receipt to go to their website and get an add's 15% off your next purchase.

I went to 2 different Penneys in my area with the printout of the seventeen homepage. I also printed out the official rules listed on the website just to be sure. They both gave me the panties no problem. The only issue was that I brought a friend with and they wouldn't give her the panties because I had only printed out one of the cover pages. Make sure you have a cover page for every person.

Yesterday was a blast. We went to the mall for glasses for my son. Soo while we waited we went to get panties for my daughter than went to PacSun(we have 2 by us)& got 3 T-shirts. Went to Walgreens to get the Facelift cream & other samples. What a night. We had a blast. Plus had coupons for a game for my son. Everyone made out. That was the first time we did this and everyone was tickled pink. (p.s. Sound like we had a similar day. Good for you. Took my daughter and grandaughter shopping for freebies. Got more Flirtitude panties. Got the PacSun crew neck T-shirts. Then went to ULTA for the free Smash Box giveaway of a blush brush, eye shadow and face primer in a carrying case. I also asked about Murad samples and I was told that they would be more that happy to provide me with any samples I wanted. I didn't really have to sit through a consultation. Also used the $3.50 off $10 at ULTA to get 2 Almay products (soap for approx. $3.50 for the POP rebate on FREE HYPERSHINE LIPSTICK. It was a great day. Glad to see yours was equally fulfilling. :D
