Happened to me once, but that was because I transposed a number in the birth year. They have a policy and safeguard that doesn't let minors order. If a wrong date is put in the safeguard goes on. You need to log off of the internet and clear your history and browsers in order to be able to submit again for a sample. Hope this helps.

I did all that but it still would not let me. then it said I had already requested it. it just went crazy on me.

and I had put in my bday right... 1984... oh well.. I hope it comes since it said sample already requested after it had said it would not send it to me lol.

This is actually a pretty nice scent. :) I work at a CVS, and so I got to try out the tester... I sent for a sample~ hopefully it'll be in the small vial, so that they'll last awhile if used sparingly! =]

It won't be, it will be a smelly thing on a postcard or in an envelope, they just don't send out those little vials anymore, I guess it is the new postal regulations.
I love CVS and the extra bucks I get, just had one for $6.00.
