I got mine on Monday-less than a week. I didn't request anything in particular, because honestly I didn't care!! They sent a very small clear plastic bag and the a sturdier clear plastic piece that makes a nice flat clear box. I can actually think of a lot of uses for them!!:)

I received my catalog and exact samples I ordered, and now it is allowing me to sign up for more samples! There is an amazing variety of products; this time I ordered some ziploc baggies and a gift bag. And they're biodegradable, too!

Got my catalog today which only had one tiny sample bag in it...but the good thing was I went to there website and saw that they also sell handmade paper that would be great for my scrapbooking, so it was not a total loss...glad I was able to see what other products they carry, good prices too as they have a clearance page...
