Art was waiting for me in my Jeep, so I couldn't. I am so annoyed! I think it was wrong of them to advertise a freebie, then when you get there you find out there are strings attached. Makes me not want to ever go there again.

That's strange, I didn't have to wait for anything when I received my samples yesterday. My two sisters and I just handed them to the lady at the register and got them right away.

My friend just called me today and said they were all out for my nearest Ulta. ):

hey i am in the same boat as momtoofussbudgets was told at the ulta store they were all out......i sent ulta an email i was not a happy camper they promo started yesterday and they are out already? how many did they have if any???????/ i spend money in that store and i am very disappointed. i think we should l all complain .........maybe we will get something for our troubles i won't hold my breath..... not worth running there again for the next time :(
