Rotisserie Cooking

I have just recieved a rotisserie recently but don't know how to use it.Can anyone reccommend a good cookbook for these items?

I bought my hubby a rotisserie cooker for Father's Day 2 years ago & it was one of the BEST things I've ever bought for him...we LOVE ours! As for cookbooks I'm afraid I don't have any but I can tell you this....marinate marinate marinate!!! Use any of your faves & let the meat sit overnight. Then just put it on the rotisserie or in the basket & let it cook. The great thing about this is that it cooks out all of that ol nasty fat & gives you a MUCH healthier piece of meat. You can google marinades & get tons of ideas...hope this helps...I think you'll LOVE your new cooker...GOOD LUCK!!!
